Ralph E. Adams, a senior executive and consultant with extensive-global experience and expertise in all areas of human resources management and organizational development. He has been affiliated with Hamlin Harkins, Ltd. for more than 15 years.

He is the former vice president, human resources for Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc., AGROMAC International Inc.; and BioReliance, Inc. He held director and managerial positions for FMC Corporation, The Bendix Aerospace & Technology Sector at Allied-Signal Corporation and AAR-Brooks & Perkins, Inc.

His assignments for Hamlin Harkins include executive coaching and development, succession planning program process development and implementation; international human resource management, organizational development and change interventions, compensation and benefit program design and implementation and human resource planning. Clients, served globally, include high technology, bio-technology, petroleum & chemical, service industry, retail (for grocery and sporting goods businesses), automotive industry, banking and finance, non-profits, federal & state government agencies and agricultural implement industry.

Mr. Adams holds a bachelor of science degree from Michigan State University's College of Social Science, School of Labor and Industrial Relations.
