Dr. Rodria Laline, Chief Executive Officer of INTRABOND CAPITAL Corporation, supervises a diverse network of professional associates in implementing strategies for industrial and consumer companies. She has been a CEO for industry collaborations of IBM, ING, HP, KPN, Bull, Elsevier and Philips and was member of managing and supervisory boards in Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA. She is the former vice president of Oracle Corporation international executive of general management of Oracle and has also served as managing director of international operations of The Open Software Foundation. She studied chemistry and physics at the University of Southampton and holds a PhD equivalent degree in experimental physics and chemistry from the University of Amsterdam. She designs and builds corporate boards, develops effective directors and engages boards with a higher % of women board directors. Rodria shares her experience in linking corporate performance to effective boards, boards that create competitive advantage and value. She is currently director of corporate governance programs for Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands and helped create the university's successful New Board Program.
