Marjorie L. Bailey, CPA, is an experienced consultant and business advisor to both public and private companies providing audit, accounting and tax services. She has served companies in manufacturing, technology, apparel, software, printing, ship repair, blood dialysis, food processing and retail.

Currently, she is the officer in charge of SEC accounting and auditing for the Northern California clients of Stonefield Josephson Accountancy Corporation, San Francisco.

She is the former chief financial officer for Margaret O’Leary, Inc., vice president of finance and CFO for Communication Intelligence Corporation, CFO and controller of J.J’s MAE, Inc. and controller of Health Desk Corporation. She has also served as a revenue agent for the Internal Revenue Service and a consulting associate for Deloitte & Touche Re:sources Connection, LLP.

Ms. Bailey holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from San Jose State University. She served for 8 years on the adjunct faculty of the MBA program of Dominican University of California, San Rafael.

She has served as co-president, treasurer and nominating chair of the League of Women Voters, San Francisco and is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
