PULSE (SM), our organizational performance indicator, allows managers to rate current organization performance in ten key functional areas and relative to the stage of maturity of the operation in its business life-cycle.

VITALS (SM), our individual styles and team dynamics indicator, is a personal assessment tool that provides team members with a profile of their personal operational styles: both the "strength style" and the "shadow style" one resorts to when under stress. This allows participants to understand their personal contributions to a team. A group report outlines the implications for the working dynamics of the team and shows the team how to make the most of combination for superior team performance.
